Why is your price different then Carnival? Can we get it cheaper? Yes, we will match any rate you get from Carnival. We have selected premium cabins for our guests. There are several promotions that we can get for you but if you want a lesser category or you would like a early saver rate you just need to tell us.
What makes this cruise so special? That is simple. 1) the people in the group 2) the destinations 3) the entertainment 4) the value
Do you offer payment plans? Yes we do. You can start with a deposit of $250.00. The final payment is due in August.
Do I have to pay for meals on the ship? No. There will be more food than you could ever want on this ship. Morning, noon and night. There are some specialty restaurants on the ship that charge a minimum charge if you want something special.
Why should I book now? 1) Save money. The longer you wait the more money it will cost. We have a certain number of cabin available and once we are out we will have to get more at the more expensive rate. We already have received full payment from several guests who are joining us all the way from London and South Africa. 2) The airfare gets more expensive the closer you get to the date. Why pay more? 3) Planning. Events like this are produced based on the amount of guests. The sooner we know how many of coming the better we can make this experience for you.
Are the UHCC Events open to everyone? First priority goes to the people that book with our group, (JS Marketing Group, Zenbiz Travel or Ego Tripz Travel) IF there is space available then we may open it up to others outside the group at a premium. Should I purchase travel insurance? We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any vacation. If you cannot make the ship and cancel within the cancellation period they you will not financially suffer. Also, you want to be covered for medical emergencies. It is worth the money.
JSMG imposes a service charge of $50.00 for cancellations of
any reservation after it has been confirmed that is deducted from the initial deposit. A cancellation must be made in writing. JS MARKETING
GROUP,LLC has made all the required and necessary arrangements and reservations for your cruise package. Therefore, the cancellation policy applies when the cancellation of the event is due to no fault of our own. The cancellation policy for the cruise portion is as follows: cancel BEFORE August 15th, 2011, 100% of all payments made is refundable minus the service charge of $50.00; cancel between August 15th, 2011 and September 15, 2011, the cancellation fee is $250.00 plus the service charge of $50.00; cancel between September 15, 2011 and before October 2nd, 2011, the cancellation fee equals 50% of the cruise
amount plus the service charge of $50.00; cancel between October 2nd, 2011 and before October 16th, 2011, the cancellation fee is 75% of the cruise amount plus the service charge of $50.00; and cancel
on or after October 16th, 2011 … NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Percentages listed are of total cruise price. Any monies due you from the cruise company will be reimbursed to you within 30 days. In the event you made all payments via credit card directly to the cruise company and they are to be returned to you, you are responsible to remit to JS MARKETING GROUP, LLC the $50.00 non-refundable deposit within 30 days of the reimbursement.
Our cancellation policy for the pre-cruise (hotel stay) portion is as follows: cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to cruise departure date of 10/30/2011 is subject to a $50.00 penalty and cancel up to 30 days prior to cruise departure date is subject to a $100.00 penalty.
